Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies

Trying to satisfy your sweet tooth without feeling too guilty? I have got just the right recipe for you!

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup plus 1/2 cup of oat flour.
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda.
  • 1/4 tsp salt.
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar.
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
  • 2 tbsp of coconut oil.
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips.
  • 4 cups of skimmed milk

Directions:
1- Preheat the oven to 380 degrees fahrenheit.
2- Mix all of the dry ingredients then add the liquid ingredients.
3- Place the dough onto a baking tray after separating the dough to small circles. 
4- Bake the cookies for 10 minutes
5- Take the cookies out and wait for them to cool down.

Not to forget your cookies would go great with a nice cold glass of milk!

Serving: 20-25 pieces.
Calories: 110 calories.
