salad.
Ingredients:
- 1 and a half-cup of white quinoa.
- Half a cup of loose corn.
- Half a cup of chopped avocado.
- 1 cup of frozen edamame beans.
- Half a cup of feta cheese.
- 3 table spoons of dried cranberries.
- Half a lemon.
- Two teaspoons of honey.
Directions:
1.
Bring the water to a boiling point and place the
quinoa in for 20 minutes.
2.
Boil your frozen edamame beans and corn for 5-10
minutes.
3.
Place the edamame and quinoa in a bowl.
4.
Mix in the feta cheese and dried cranberries,
and avocado.
5.
Mix the lemon juice extracted from the lemon
with two teaspoons of honey as a dressing.
6.
Add the dressing to your quinoa salad and mix.
